What I bring

Product thinking, backed by the ability to build it

Each point below comes with the work that shows it.

  1. Think

    Product thinking

Scoping a first version, stating its limits, and designing with AI usage and infrastructure constraints in mind.

Evidence: SignBridge was scoped as a weekend-scale MVP/research prototype, and its README states that it is not a validated sign-language interpreter. In SYNAPSE I supported three AI providers, monthly token limits by plan and a bring-your-own-API-key option, with keys stored encrypted.

  2. Build

    Technical execution

Hands-on work across web applications, APIs, payment integrations and internal portals, from layout to deployment.

Evidence: At PPFAS I design website layouts and email templates in Figma and Photoshop before building them, and built a compliance and QC backend portal for uploads and staff management. I also built the SYNAPSE prototype hands-on, using Claude Code as an AI coding assistant (Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis); not deployed, no users.

  3. Measure

    Business impact

Cost savings and profit gains I can put a number on.

Evidence: At PPFAS, the two savings shown above. At Mansha Distributors LLP, pricing strategies I implemented increased net profit by 150%, from ₹100,000 to ₹250,000.

Assistant Manager – Web Developer at PPFAS

Since April 2026. Earlier at PPFAS: Executive – Web Developer (April 2025 – March 2026) and Web Designer (October 2024 – March 2025).

I build websites and platforms, including the Gift investment platform, along with internal portals, backend tools and email templates used in production operations.

  • Built static pages and management portals that reduced dependency on the tech team; across seven builds, the combined fixed-cost saving is ₹20+ lakh.
  • Built an event-management system (QR scanning and door list) and a Career portal; ₹10+ lakh in annual recurring cost is attributed jointly to the two.

Earlier: Professional Software Developer at Akbar Travels (Feb 2024 – Sep 2024) · Data Analyst and Billing at Mansha Distributors LLP (Jun 2021 – May 2022).

Why product

Why I’m exploring product management roles

I started by building software, and over time I became more interested in the problems behind it. At PPFAS, business teams depended on a separate tech team to manage their workflows. I built static pages and management portals so they could manage those workflows themselves.

That is the part I want to do more of: working out why something should exist, who needs it and how the workflow should run. It is why I’m moving towards product management.
